Hi Nic. So you got the ED subs we discussed? I had the same idea originally and had some 3/4" MDF spacers made up - still got them. When I went to fit, I found I had to trim them to make them fit but didn't have the tools to do it, and considering, as I said, about the rear seat pax having 2 250w subs blasting 3" from their ears, decided to swap their locations with the rear side speakers instead. If you wish to go ahead and fit your subs in the rear deck, like I said, have still got the spacers - want 'em?

thought it was 8" for the rear deck? Why would you fit smaller ones even if better quality?

i did get them.. and i dont have many passengers so i don't care if they go deaf. lol

argh MDF spacers. why didn't i think of that... ill just did out my wood work tools and make some up will be just as easy. think i still have some MDF left as well.

everything else fitted well in doors and back cards. thanks again for the face plate adaptor. works a treat.

If we're talking Monaro, then the factory subs are about 6 1/4" diam.
