Well, the weekend saw me successfully reduce the front end of the car to a big pile of components and several sandwich bags of nuts, bolts and washers.
I'm going to be taking this week to strip, galvanise, paint and rebush everything before next weekend (hopefully).
But just as I took the last bolt off, it occured to me that the torque settings in the workshop manual for putting it all back together are totally illegible.

Don't suppose anyone's got a list of torque settings to hand? Rears would be useful too, as they're the next job on the list.

Whilst my suspension is only partially stripped - discs, suspension unit, ARB - I would be interested to know the answer to this...

I can appreaciate torque setting for cylinder heads and engine components, etc but would have thought suspension, brake items would be as tight as possible...?

Thanks Mark.

N.B. for others reading the thread - the advice from Steve Heath is to reduce the recommended torque settings by 20-25% if you're lubricating the bolts with copper grease (as you should be if you ever want it to come apart again!)
