Best way to paint skirting board?

Got 100 meters of MDF skirting to paint in a non oil based eggshell white paint.
Any tips from the trades on the quickest way to do this, was thinking of spraying it on for a nice finish rather than brushing.
Note skirting not fitted yet, thought we could put 2 coats on, then once they are on the wall, (and scratched!), we could just touch them up, easier than trying to cut them all on after they have been fitted?
Any thoughts?

Not fitted.....roller is the quickest.
Then touch up nail punch holes and corners with a small brush.

Yup, roller them, then stick to walls using either NoMoreNails or Gripfill...

If they were fitted, you would need to use a skirtingboard ladder!

Same as the others...roller, stick on(solvent free), caulk up the corners! Then have a

Wouldn't fancy using a roller if it is ogee or torus.

I'd suggest spraying.
