Anyone know when either of these are back on the tv?

Heroes season 4 was supposed to be on straight on after season 3 finished before Christmas, no sign of it yet.

I was in the middle of a season on BBC3 before Christmas when it disappeared and same with Prison Break on Sky 1

Seems Prison break wont be back till the spring.

Heroes is supposed to return 02/02/09 in the states so should be soon after here.
