I've been watching this program on BBC iPlayer and all I can say is what a bunch of idiots! The lot of them.

They all claim to be victims yet they've remortgaged their homes again and again throwing themselves into debt and then there's another idiot who says he can't find the money to pay the mortgage yet he's got a brand new motorcross bike probably worth twice what he owes!!!

How stupid can people possibly be!?!?!

I was staying away when it was on and hence watched it. I must admit that I am worried about the whole thing. The fear of repossession does strike me as probably the worst thing that can happen, apart from illness etc. Not nice.

But then again, I watch programmes like that and I am cheered up - chappy with a Range Rover which is probably worth a couple of grand and the moto-x bike was easily worth that much. Then there was the bloke who sold mortgages - er, if the housing market is in the poo, selling mortgages might not be a good idea. Try getting a different job in the meantime, I am sure most mortgage companies dont actually care.

However, we don't get to see the full facts. Who knows how much was on credit and hence not worth selling. The bike could have even been a friends and he was fixing it for them for a few quid. Who knows and it certainly wasn't covered. Easy to leap to conclusions and the editing of the programme didn't help. It didn't look good, but then again, it could have been completely innocent.
