Which of the Armed Forces is best?

What I'm looking for roughly is: which has the best community of people, greater rewards, what's life like outside of work e.g restrictions, like say, being stuck on a boat in the Navy.
But mainly, which will give me a greater chance of getting a good job when I come out?

Personal choice would be the RAF, but then, I have a passing interest in aircraft etc. And I know for a fact that the RAF allows you to study and pays for it while you're in the service for you to get a better chance of finding a job once you leave (if you choose to).
However, I should think the other services do that too. Best bet? Try looking on their respective websites, they'll have that sort of info to hand, it's part of the what they offer.

To be fair as far as I can tell from the points you're after, they're all pretty equal and all offer pretty much equal options when you leave as you get a resettlement grant dependant on your time in to put towards training.
Personally I picked the RMP, then due to my wife unpicked it, and now I'm divorced am picking it again once I've got my finances back in order around August time - they offer good progression opportunities and good options for bodyguarding work when you leave if that's your bag, and the starting pay is better.
On the other hand, everyone who is Non-RMP will hate you... Same with Reggies and Snowdrops.

What I meant was things that you have to be capable of before you can even enter!
Like e.g the army requires you to be able to run a mile in 11 minutes. I'm 19 by the way if it makes the numbers any different.

Royal Air Force....best pay, best living conditions, best training, least restrictions, nicest uniform....and you can look down on the others 
Steer clear of the police variants in any of them, those sections are generally just full of cretins, and are very disliked.
Aircrew is the best life, but if you can't get that, anything airside (technical is best) has to be the way to go !
I am of course very biased

, they wouldn't let me have two (except for gliders !), mine had AE in it, although I believe they all just say AC now, for aircrew.
