ITV, Channel 4 and Five streaming issues

I'm having problems streaming these channels using TunerFree MCE and whatever I do, I simply cannot improve the performance.

The channels I have issues with are ITV, C4 and Five. BBC is perfect. The sound on ITV, C4 and Five is ok, but the picture is stuttery.

Admittedly, I'm using a VPN service since I live in Austria but I've speed tested my connection and I'm getting about 8Mb/sec so it can't possibly be that!

Is there any way I can improve the buffering in WMP or is this an issue with FreeTuner MCE???
