Design Faults - Human body

Just occured to me that there must be lots of design faults with everything thats made including the human body.

One thats apparent to me is ears, you can't turn them off or close them, constantly open hearing everything. Why can't we close them?.

Any others people can think of?.

Probably a design feature. Helps you wake up & run away from danger when asleep?

The female model has numerous fundamental problems (inability to pee tactically, monthly leakage, temperamental, mental ...the list is long), should have been recalled IMHO.

We have those from when the cells are splitting and you could become a boy or girl in the womb, once you develop as a boy the breasts are not needed, so men just end up with nipples.
