If you are using the standard Chevy tank it is marked. If you have a custom or after market tank the tank should have at least 1/3 of its capacity above the level that the oil is at when it is running. Anotherwords the tank should be at least 2/3 full when the car is running. lee
8 quarts for the Corvette tank. Which we don't use on our LS7 packages. The original tank was flawed in it's design, GM re-designed it for 2008. Jeff S
