E46 satnav question

Guys some advice please, I'm looking at buying an E46 M3 which has satnav, would anybody know whether this can give speed camera positions?

Assuming it has a MK4 (DVD based) nav-computer, then the nav DVD can be tweaked (whether or not it is legal is another question) to display speed-cameras as Point of Interests.

You can see them on the map, but there's no 'proximity' alarm or audible noises.

Although someone has worked out how to add this and is nearly finsihed writing a programme to make it easy to add.
