merc heating problem

hi,everyone,i'm new here. just bought a w203 c270. i think there is something wrong with the heating system. i can hear the fan running strongly,but no wind comes out(or just a little bit) when i set to the full fan level. also, is there a pollen filter for w203,if yes where is it please? thanks for looking.

Sounds like, as you suggest, a blocked pollen filter.
It sits in the engine bay, on the passenger side up against the bulkhead.
3 clips and it off

if its the pollen filter then the part number is A 203 830 10 18
They retail at roughly £20

not likely to be pollen filter on this as it is before the motor,
203 suffer bad from heater flap problems, the motors seize, the flaps can snap etc, a reset could be worth a try

i changed the pollen filter today,the problem is slightly better(not very much). so i guess it's not only about the pollen filter then. anyone had same problem before?? thanks.
