Just read in Autoweek (USA mag) that several journos crashed several Carrera GT's.

Who did it? They mentioned a Frenchman...

i read about that too. great article and now i really really want a carerra gt. unfortunatly left the mag about 200 miles away at the beach house. those journalists must have been really lucky to suck that much at driving to get the chance to drive those beasts. wanst it like one into a lightpost, another with a blown up engine because of a missed downshift revving the engine up to 15k before it went. and the other one i forget. and how fast did they say that tester guy for porsche got up to.

No. The engine's in the right place. But Walter Rohrl does reckon it's still a fraction soft for track work.
