Hi all, writing on behalf of Mrs C, who is a mature student studying an animal care course. Part of her studies is to do a brief survey, on a topic of her choosing outside the realm of animal care. She has decided on a survey into fuel usage pre and post Autumn 2008. Time is of the essence, so in order to get a few more responses, I said I would post it on here. I have a feeling that the above will be pretty much the average round here
(apart from the age)The demographic on PH will totally skew the results anyway, so just make them up as it would be easier and probably just as accurate. Especially if it's purely to give her some raw data to fiddle with.
ETA Q5 is also skewed towards the Yes answer so the data will be biased. She may want to change this, as it will be picked up by the Uni. You may want to point her in the direction of a book on questionnaire design - there are loads of them about.

I used to use my (not economical at all) petrol car for all journeys, the longer the better, in the Late Spring/Summer/Early Autumn. When the fuel prices shot up I sometimes used the diesel car for the long journeys to keep the costs down - hated doing this in the sunshine!
