Looks good to me, used to love Street Fighter II series, spent many happy hours beating up my mates.
Might have to get this for a bit of a blast from the past.

Is anyone else going to be buying one of the pads/sticks for this?

Think I might have to invest in a pad as it's almost identical to the old Saturn pad which was the greatest controller for Street Fighter ever.

Yep, there's also the ability to jump in on someone whilst they're playing singeplayer arcade, as if you'd sat down next to them in the arcade and slotted in a quid.

But it pretty much is Street Fighter 2, only with modern day graphics and a few more characters.

I think you're selling it a tad short, it's still the greatest fighting game ever made, only tweaked and improved through years of iteration.

You could apply the flogging a dead horse analogy to any number of games, at the base level, how is GT5 any different to the original Gran Turismo?

You've got more cars (more characters).
More tracks (more stages).
Controls have been tweaked (ditto).
Graphics are improved (again).

But that really sums it up, the people want more though and that's what they'll get.

SF3 was a bit of a backwards step, wasnt as well received after the popularity of II. Aparrantly they dropped the parry system and gone back to basics with this. Looks excellent, I loved SSII turbo
