Cerbera engine options

I have read about people putting LS1 engines into cerbera has anybody put a TVR 5.0 or 4.5 rover unit into one. i know its older technology but is it not a cheaper option and still TVR?

A good 500 engine make more money and less power than an LS1 pull out! I have seen the odd engine and box from a Monaro make £1500-2000.

There was at least one Rover engined Cerb conversion I remember seeing, however can't see the point as in standard form it'll be less power. The SC superchargers are proving mighty effective with 400bhp cars out there but an engine conversion and SC'ing is big money anyway.

Im also not convinced a Rover engine would be more reliable either. Especialy if your trying to get a lot of power out of it.
