Reputable Agencies?

I have tried all over the net to find an easy way of doing this and I am really am failing.

I have x2 portfolios of pictures and I keep being told I need to submit them to someone and thati am silly if I don't send them to some one, but I can not seem to find any reputable places can any one reccomend anywhere please.
