156 lower suspension arm

Anyone got a guide to changing the lower arm?

Is it straightforward?

Very straightforward - in fact I couldn't believe how easy it was. Little bit of fiddling about but you can do a side in1hr comfortably. I found the trickiest bits relocating the new arm fixing-point under the anti-roll bar and getting sufficient 'leverage' to pop the ball joint pin back in the upright. But compared to the expletives/ invectives I've employed during working on various other parts of the car this was one job that was almost remarkably civil!

cool, cheers guys. Looks pretty straightforward according to the 155 guide and the parts look pretty similar. The upper wishbone wasn't too much of a hassle so expect this one will be ok too
