Well thats a nice cut so we should see the £:Euro strengthen - especially due to the fact that there is strong views that the Eurozone will be sub 1% come the summer.

You think it will have an immediate knock-on effect or a more gradual one.

(Purely a greedy personal point of view as I need to change about £1K into euros by next Monday!!).

I would have thought the markets had this rate cut @ this level factored into the exchange rates - but looking ahead is tricky.



WHere is LIBOR currently? last view I had from SCOTAL was that it had not yet seen the impact of the UK rate cut (but it was that same day) I wonder if its close now??
