Short term car insurance - Modified/Import

I'm sourcing a car for a friend based in Finland, and as such need to arrange short term car insurance to cover the car for driving it back to my house then onto the port.

Does anyone know of any brokers who can organise short term insurance for a modified japanese import? All the companies listed online appear to use the same underwriter and they specifically exclude modded cars.
