Australia Day in Newcastle - Sat 24th January

Going to be having an Clayton’s Australia Day Barbie on the arvo of Saturday 24th January at our place. PM and will send you details. Easy to find as it will be the house with the Holden’s out front. Starting around 2pm for an arvo of eating and drinking. Clayton’s cause it is a fake Australia day, cause it isn’t until the 26th January.
It’s not going to be a B&S (Bachelor’s and Spinsters) event, so bring your better halves and ankle biters. The billabong is a bit frozen at the moment, so don’t bring your togs. We won’t be cactus if it rains, as we are gonna have it in the garage. Probably dress warm would be advisable.
What to bring :
Fill your esky with your own grog, amber fluid, plonk/goon.
Bring your own chair otherwise the mrs will be as cross as a frog in a sock.
What not to bring:
The boys in blue until much later.
Your own food, unless you are one of those vego’s and want something special, but I won’t give you an ear bashing now.
Rules of the events :
You gotta dress up Australian.
Sheilas group together and make the salad, and the blokes stand around the Barbie and burn meat and drink beer.
Should be a rip snorter of an event. If you could let me know if you are coming and if you have any allergies or things that you don’t eat that would be bonza.

The only Ozzy clothes I have are a pair of RM's that I wear just about everyday (bought em about 10 years ago down under). Also got a pair of Blundstones for the workshop I bought in Hobart which would go down great at the barby with me Explorer hole proofs and Bond's undies.
Unfortunately I'm going to the Ace next day or I would've loved to have come up with a few stubbies.

ked off out the way when England are playing Oz. Sorry mate, but you have to draw the line somewhere, even if me cuz's are all from down under!

Yeah, this one is kind of a retirement do as well for one of the blokes at work, but can't tell him about it... Hope u have a great time with the others...
