cycle challanges

I feel the need to do something this year as I'll be 40.
Haven't done a great deal of cycling for a good 5 or 6 years.
Was thinking along the lines of the C2C, can anybody recommend
any alternatives. Max 4 days on or off-road all though if off road not too
technical.

I'd go for the C2C - any offroad stuff is likely to be up a mountain somewhere I did the end to end at 14, but that took 12 days so a bit longer than you've got - although I will be doing it again for sure, hopefully this time in as quick a time as possible and with a support car rather than having to carry all my luggage
