Pistonheads is pretty big, but some of the stuff out there is absolutely massive!

VW Vortex is about 10th busiest, I think the busiest is an anime forum in america.

Pistonheads isn't that big a forum, doubt it is in the top 200.

Busiest motoring forum by far, but in the grand scale of things it's pretty low when you consider a lot of roleplaying games have a forum element attached to it.

Given the stats show PH with about 800,000 posts, and currently PH has nearer 10,000,000 posts, it's quite out of date.

I guess the technical guys could give you some idea of how exponential the growth of PH has been in the past 2 years.

Hard to tell. Big Boards cannot track PH's stats accurately (whether that's because PH admins have disallowed Big Board's robots, or whether the robots don't understand PH's custom forum software I'm not sure).

Either way, we're way bigger than Big Boards give us credit...but still pretty small compared to the 'big boys'.

I think you'll find vw and corvette to name but two are busier. Saying that PH is superb.

Absolutely, no character inference was made or implied either way, except possibly about me as I can't even say what it is we're talking about.

One thing's for sure, considering how big PH is, the forum software runs incredibly quickly. Either PH have an insane number of servers, or (and this is more likely I think) the fact that this board is very simple (no avatars, signatures, etc, etc) really pays off.
