Question for Eric Mc (or other qualified persons)

With share values especially in Banks at an all time low is it worth considering putting these into an ISA so to protect any future capital gains ...looking 3 years forward assuming they dont become nationalised!!. My shareholdings at the moment are split between ISA and 'held personally', obviously am sitting on a paper loss at the moment but struck me in may be a time to stick as many shares (up to ISA limit) into an ISA when the share prices are low
