Watching this myself. It's a repeat but I love the Florida aeroplane community.

I've had a medical at Spruce Creek - the flying community he goes to. It was with an ex-USMC doctor with a Bonanza in his garage!

Dammit! JM is flying a Harrier now. TV presenters are some lucky bds. He's already had a Eurofighter trip for God's sake.

Yep, they get paid to have a great time.

How the hell do you get that kind of job (though I seem to recall Clarkson had a fantastic flight in an F-15 which he perhaps didn't enjoy as much as he may have......).

Oh i'm sure i'd throw up buckets in any fast jet they put me in, but that wouldn't stop me wanting to go. I've no idea what the road to being a successful TV presenter is, but Blue Peter would have to be the program to aim for. I've lost count of the number of military a/c flights people on there have been treated to. I remember Katy Hill sitting in the back of a Red Arrow in formation. I don't know what i'd do to earn that.
