Cooking class in London

Can anyone recommend a cooking class in central or east London? I'm not looking to get a qualification, I just want to improve on my burnt fish fingers and Smash. Ideally a Tuesday night, but another week night would be fine probably.

Have you tried your local Adult Education services? They often run a variety of cooking classes in the evenings in local schools & colleges.

There is one near Liverpool Street, called Underground or something similar
