Where else in the world would you get this?
Well done to all involved.
Sorry that I've just posted a link but I'm short on time as I have food waiting.

Mainland Europe, USA, Australasia, some Asian Countries, parts of South America, possibly some African Countries...Where else in the world would you get this?

Why not just enjoy this chance to appreciate something good about the UK.
There are good things and bad things but its nice to see something decent but then its always drawn the other way by someone.
Ill tell you what is great about the UK; you can go to a pub or restaurant before 9pm, there is no obsession with cheese, ham and salt.. and as bad as the driving is, it is nowhere near as bad as it is here!!

This is one reason why having separate authorities is pathetic, there was a time when no matter where you had an accident you would get an ambulance. I remember when i worked near Slough, there was a house fire or similar but a crew from Heathrow or similar that was passing/in the area was ordered not to attend due to the fact they "weren't insured to fight fires outside their authority area"ewenm said:

You seem incapable of having a balanced view through your rose tinted glasses. Try explaining how great the UK is to the families in these situations, which seem much more common than trips in Hercules.
A couple more to "balance" the viewpoint of the UK:

I think this is great.
As for silver993, why did you have to post on here? Do you not like to have positives? Are you a Journalist, as they seem to be the only scum who look for the negative in anything.

Are you in the UK? If so, why, if it's so bad here? I wouldn't want to live somewhere i didn't like...
Remember - good news doesn't sell newspapers.
no, I'm not in the UK but reminds me why I left. Remember - good news doesn't sell newspapers.

Silver993tt: please do tell us in what country you live.
Looking at some of his recent posts, the answer seems to be "every country on which there is a thread, but not in any of them for very long".I do find it interesting the way in which ex-pats are always the most vocal in their complaints about life in this country. Not that they're desperately trying to persuade themselves that they've made the right decision or anything!

I enjoyed my time there.
If only you lot of feckless so and so's didn't complain whenever I gave you a compliment.
"Nice weather lately" "Oh you should have been here in August there was rain everwhere. Miserable it was. And all this sunshine means more rain is on the way and when it comes it will be winter rain and..."
"I can't believe how good proper British Ale is" "Oh it was so much better 10 years ago but all the big companies have moved in and nothing is the same any more and..."
"It must be great living so close to such great driving roads" "Oh but you should try driving to tescos on the day before a bank holiday and have you seen the price of fuel lately and all the gatsos and..."
Gor gods sake. Lighten up. Take a compliment. Ya don't have it that bad. Try facing losing your licence for doing 18mph over the limit, on a 70mph road.
