Kill someone when your driving without a license or insurance & get 4 months.

Paralyse someone when driving at 120mph and get 3 years.

Seems fair! NOT.

Tis true, but im sure the judge would have been branded a racist if he had sent the ILEGAL imigrant down for longer.... might have hurt his feelings or something....

Obvious, the 'paralyser' was speeding and as we know speeding can kill.......

Repeatedly rape and disfigure for life, get 6-9 years but with time in remand reduced to 2-4. Something wrong with the sentancing system.
