Gallery software with purchasing integration

[Famous Graham]

I have hosting with Register1 (doesn't everyone? ) so I'm looking for some gallery package with cart integration - can anyone recommend any? It's not for my personal stuff, but for the charitable organisation I shoot for, so hosted stuff might be an option if they offer a huge discount or do it for free for charideees.

I'm conversant with PHP, HTML and CSS so I can customise templates and whatnot.

What volume of transactions are you expecting? We find that the setup and monthly fees for most card handling providers are prohibitive unless you are turning over a reasonable amount. We often use a PayPal merchant account which has zero setup cost and only charges if you sell something - but it does have the PayPal "reputation" associated with it. Is there any physical item at all? If so, Photobox Pro Galleries would be a solution, assuming they get round to reinstating it sometime soon.

I did it for sailpics.co.uk with ZenPhoto and added a paypal cart so people can order a full set or a single picture.

If you use Lightroom, there a re templates available from [url[Lightroom Galleries|http://www.lightroomgalleries.com/index.php[/url] that work are set up with PayPal to handle order payment.
