Cannot believe my luck(bad) Up in Luton all week for work which is bad enough, but some to$$er has only done in my drivers side wheel arch and damaged the bumper in the NCP next to the hotel. Looks like hey must have left it too tight when they pulled out of the space next to me and rubbed/crushed part of the arch/back corner of the front bumper.ranting (Should be driveable, but going to take it in to Motorbodies to get a quote). I know accidents happen, but they didn't have the decency to tell the guy at the gate or leave a note (suppose that is hoping for too much)

I now luton well as i dont live to far from it and it happens to every car that i have ever paked in the Blo*dy town. my advise avoid the town as much as you can and if you do need to go there hire a banger. also watch out as the local chav population are blo*dy idiots on the road.

I share your pain - had only had the 'Ro 2 months when someone opened a door VERY hard against me in a car park and put a massive dent/crease in the rear panel behind the door. Had it taken out by a very good dent man but from certain angles you can still just about see it (affected the swage line running along the waist). Needless to say they didn't leave a note either - plus, to add insult to injury, this happened at the coast on a windy day, so ther car was covered in sand, and the perp gave the side of my car a good rub to make sure they knew exactly what damage they had caused. Utter arsebandits.

Damage was a scraped arch/wing to the front bumper and the lip that meets the wing has been pulled.

At the moment its touched up so as not to rust but my final repair (when its done) wont cost anything as my old man has a body shop, so can't shed any light on whats its gona cost you Im afraid.

I know how pissed you must be, thats why i always park at a angle across 2 parking bays. I know its not right but i rather someone thinking want a wcensoreder than having the damage.

I think id go and check all the cars on that level for marks on there car and see if you can find it. most people park on the same level daily. Its just a thought.

Yeah and if only the English would learn to drive they'd see we made the bays big enough to take a double decker bus - unless of course it was a woman driving in which case we cant accept any responsibility for the bays not being big enough........

I was at a presentation once. The guy giving it was from Yorkshire. He told us that the definition of a Yorkshireman was that : "A Yorkshireman is very much like a Scotsman, but not endowed with his sense of generosity!"

Added pic at top of thread....Spoke to Motorbodies today, absolutely brilliant service they said in reality they would like to replace wing etc, but when I said we have ACE meet on Sun they have pulled out the stops and are going to do their absolute best at repairing it by COP Friday. The bodyshop manager showed me a repair they have just finished on an Evoke R8 quater panel/arch and it looks spot on. Price is very reasonable to.

It must be fking catching. Just noticed some tt has clipped my monaro on the nearside. Looks like car park 'Stevie Wonder' driving. Scuffed front bumper and creased the wing down to bare fking metal. Needless to say, no note or fk all...

I have to say my alarm helps every time anyones goes near it it beeps and a lot of the time it puts off people parking next to me and you get a constant beep, only problem is its pretty loud and I think the cats do it sometimes to just wind me out when at home.
