Classic RR - Heater Martix

It finally gave up on Saturday afternoon dumping water / coolant into the passenger footwell. Has anyone changed this themselves or should I just bite the bullet and let my local Independent do it for me?
Any links to a replacement would be helpful

It is a serious amount of work involved so in the hands of a garage would likely cost more than the car is worth.

You could do it yourself as it is not difficult just time. Just about the whole dash will need to come out.
