What have you been up to then?
Fallen over while "tired and emotional" - I hope you'll be in one piece for the spring roll.
Not quite, but taking the anaesthetic first could have been useful.Fallen over while "tired and emotional" - I hope you'll be in one piece for the spring roll.
Trip hazard > heavy landing > bruised ribs & bashed knee.

See you at the Spring Roll.

We have a friend over from Aussie tonight, and her partner is definitely a petrolhead. He is keen to see some british built cars and tonight seems like it fits the bill at the Ace.
I'm guessing many of you have been to this meet before! He is only here for one night so I don't really want to take him into London if there is only a few cars, so advice appreciated please.
Cheers

Can somebody remind me whether or not Ace Cafe is sign posted off the North Circ (coming anti-clockwise)?
Park Royal (Abbey Road) turn off, then cross over the North Circ, turn right and the Ace is on your left.http://www.multimap.com/s/u3NoLjwi

After all that I only met two other TVR people.
Getting in it with cracked ribs and a dodgy knee may be more of a problem.

Cold winter nights seem to dissuade local TVR owners from turning up, unlike the busy summer meets (that's why we have an additional gathering in a nice warm pub).

I was there...! Still at least it gave Candy a run.
Is there a masonic handshake or anything I should be aware of? I got there and realised I had no idea who the TVR people were. Most of the guys in the cafe seemed to be bikers, which was strange as they were outnumbered about 3-1 by Loti in the car park.I presume Candy is the Sagaris that was parked near the door? Fantastic looking piece of kit.
