Scammers getting lazy

I've received some pretty elaborate scams in the past, but to me, this is just plain lazy. Lacks effort, must try harder.

Thats not lazy, they have just had a "crucial" meeting and "approved" your payment of $2.1m USD. Sounds like a busy day to me!
