anyone familiar with ASTM standards?

a very long shot but google isn't helping.
i have a booklet in front of me with ASTM standards for structural steel beams, and another one showing the BS4 standard.
the ASTM one doesn't show the root radii, and the guidance notes don't provide any guidance as to what they are! i know this sounds dumb and unnecesary but its actually pretty vital for me right now!
anyone?
