Just wondering if anyone has had any past experiance with these guys, the starter on my 540i is playing up when its hot and I see they have genuine ones from about £50-£85 second hand although im not sure wether to go recon or 2nd hand, what do you think ???

Ive used them, although many moons ago, no complaints, goods as described delivered next day all at reasonable cost.

Never had a problem with them myself, and I suppose you can always check with them before you buy as to and warranty, or their returns policy.

I've used them plenty of times, the blokes you want to talk to are John or Christian as they know their beans and will be able to help you out with any queries you have.

Had some wheels and PAS rack - no issues.

I've bought a front bumper off them, they were very helpful, arrived quickly can't ask for more

Sure they're not the cheapest but do seam to have a good stock of parts.

I've not had much luck with them.

I've tried to get about 6 parts from them at various times, but each time I'm told they don't have it in stock (even when it's from a car they've only just got in).

Not a bad reflection on them per se, just me being unlucky probably.

I'd agree they are expensive.

Well another starter for the 540 is coming in at £98.00 all in the cheapest re-con I can get is about £140.00 still unsure whats best as people I have spoke to seemed to have had problems with 2nd hand and re-con stuff confused

Get a recon with a warranty.
Eurocarparts seem to sell them for £109.
