e60 Sat Nav - how to tell?

I'm seeing a lot of ads for e60 545s that specify that the car has sat nav, but in the pics there isn't a second cd drive in the centre console.

I thought that sat nave mandated the second drive? Am I wrong?

The early cars only had business nav, one drive, no maps just arrows.

Business Nav was single disk, smaller screen, arrows only

Pro Nav was twin disk, bigger screen, 3d image

Look for 'Media Pack' on the cars
