Hi all, please look after me now I am in the clan, I picked up my gto3 tuesday and it goes fantastic on the motorway, around town though , if you are cuising at fairly low revs and gently or really push your foot down it slows down jerks about etc etc and is generally unhappy, any ideas?

If thats the issue it shouldn't be. The part is seventy quid or so and its just a plug/screw in jobbie

Doubt it's the lambdas mate, sounds more like ignition problem if jerking/missing when accelerating from low revs.

hi. Mines doing exactly the same thing but seems to pass once warmed up. It's due for a service so i'll update you once i get it sorted what ever it is. In mine it's worst when pulling away from junctions its like there's a blockage in the injectors and when you floor it something is dislodged and its fine. For a bit until you slow down again. It does it for about 5 miles every morning.

Yes mine is not too good when it is cold but I got that with the exige I just got rid of and learnt to live with it for 5 minutes

Welcome fellow nobler.When was the last time it had new plugs? Gaz.

It had its 30000 mile service (car actually done 25000 miles) last June but car has only done 300 miles in last 6 months

Could be plugs, coil or HT. A few have had hesitations in the past and the majority sound as if they were minor ignition issues in those areas. I think mine was a coil pack which was solved for about £30.

Plugs IMHO. Take them out and check gaps.

Agree; check plugs first and if it's not that I would get it to a man-with-a-computer to diagnose the fault. Might save a lot of time messing about.

Problem solved, when I bought the car the fuel sensor by the throttle body was replaced, unfortunately the pipes connecting around that area were connected wrongly, the genius that is at the TVR centre in Arkely took one look swapped it all around and she now goes like a dream, thanks for all your input Noblers
