it gets used loads and still looks new after 10 years

I was just thinking about reliability and simplicity of it. But if yours has lasted 10 years, what do I know!

If you have a KitchenAid mixer the pasta attachements for that are made by Imperial.

Yep, well actually the mrs claims ownership but very graciously allows me to use it.

A fair bit, got the pasta things as said, some mincer things and the usual whisk, dough hook.
Only a couple of years old but it seems to be standing up ok.

I've got that one, too. It's spot on. Very simple so not much to go wrong.

hmmm... was thinking about getting one but not sure how much I'd use it

I'd agree wid dat. and felt the same, but all the stuff that used to get done by hand the machine now does.

A friend has that one, which I have borrowed before - works with no fuss, which is just want you want. Do like the idea of the motor attachment.

Am I the only one then who still does it the old fashioned way and makes a mound of flour, puts the hole/dip in the middle, eggs in and then gently folds in and mixes together for an hour?

a magimix does it in under 5 mins
