Any tea connoisseur in?

I'm looking for some recommendation on a nice selection of teas for my missus's birthday.
She loves the stuff and is constantly trying out new Darjeelings, Jasmines, Earl Greys...

I'm not much of a tea connoisseur, as when she's drinking tea's at the end of the meal, I'm enjoying my double espresso.

I've just found http://jingtea.com which is used at one of our favourite places (www.crownatwhitebrook.co.uk), but my method of purchase is going to be random selection, unless PH can help.

I also use Tea Pigs, at the moment I love their green tea dragon pearls with jasmine flowers, and the organic summer flowers blend is nice and fresh. (oooh 'ark at me!). Personally I can't stand Redbush/Rooibos tea - I find it too sweet.

Tea Pigs do various selection packs, perhaps one of those would fit the bill for a birthday gift?

Personally I like Lapsang - its a bit like sitting in front an open fire on a winters day - but its all personal taste

For rarity value, worth trying to get some single-estate First Flush Darjeeling.

American company... but they have a huge selection I spent over $100 (when it was worth it last year) at the Vegas store on random things.
Have a look at those blooming flower thingys.... they look nice but prob taste pants!
