1/6 of the people ticked the yes box because they threw a six - thats 75.
Out of the remaining 375 people, 55 ticked the box because they'd lost their phone, so 14.7%
ETA: Thats an estimate since we don't know precisely the proportion of those who threw a six have lost their mobile phone, but would assume its not statistically too different from the 5/6 we know about.
ETA2: got the principles right but the arithmetic wrong - doh.
ETA3: its also an estimate since we don't know exactly how many people threw a six, the 1/6 is a reasonable estimate.
So within the bounds of the problem, stating it to .1% is too precise...

130 - 75 = 55, suggesting 55 people, having rolled a number that wasn't 6, ticked yes.
However, only 450 - 75 people (= 375) actually had the chance to answer the question, having rolled 1 to 5.
Thus 55/375 people lost their phones, which is 14.66666666% (recurring).

If so, then as chance of throwing a six is 1/6, 130 divided by six is 21.6. Therefore the number of people who ticked yes for loosing their phone is 130-21.6 = 108.4.
130/450 = 24.08%
Could be wrong though.
