Any suggestions to scratch that itch when you can't sleep and food is on your mind?

cold cuts.

seriously if i need a snack i'll eat a few slices of parma ham or chorizo. chorizo is dangerous though, i need to finish the pack. sometimes it doesn't even make it home from the supermarket.

yes I've started to develop a bad habit of getting up at 3am and munching my way through a few slices of cooked ham, leaving none for my lunch.

Failing that, a cheese and Branston sandwich always goes down well.

Leftover roast chicken if its available, on a sandwich with lots of mayo. Failing that, roasted cheese with worcester sauce.
