I have used the Search facility and I think I know the answer so, just a one word reply will do (and keep it clean).

I went out in the 500 yesterday, seemed to be running like a dream, except when i came upto some lights after about 35 mins, I dipped the clutch and it stalled. The revs dropped right off and it just died.

I fiddled with the wires to the Stepper Motor and it seemed to have cured the problem, although today it seems to be back, although the car doesn't actually stall the revs just drop to 200rpm.

All I want to know is...

Stepper Motor?

Before I go and take it out and clean it as it's cold out there.
