I'm really liking the look af these - do they have stockists as a quick google has failed to locate any. Specifically Cheshire/Staffs.

I want one in the next couple of days basically. Any one help?

Only authrorised dealer in the UK.

Just bought a watch from him at the beginning of the month. Can recommend him with confidence.

If it's in stock, he can probably get it to you on next day delivery!

2nd down on that page

Arrived today. Very pleased with it so far and service from Chronomaster has been bob on.

The watch is a nice size, not too big for my slightly gay wrist and easy to see at a glance. The strap is a bit stiff, but I suppose it'll break in a bit over time, I've not had a leather strap on a watch for 18 years now - should I worry about keeping it dry/treating it with something after it's been soaked?

Lovely watch!

Not sure about the strap! I'd imagine it has already been treated in some way?

I'm sure someone will be able to shed some light!

Looks good. I'm so tempted by one of these, but probably the Chrono or UTC.

How deep is it?

Thanks. A quick measure with a ruler has it at 11mm. I chose this as I love the simplicity and my daily wearer of the past eight years is in for a service that will take 10 weeks. Can't be doing with big, fussy watches.

That is a great watch, the strap will get a lot more comfortable with time, i try not get my strap soaked, if it does I dry it off.

I do not treat it with anything, Sinn leather straps are really good.

Similar 556, the case is similar to 656 and it is 11.5mm thick, fantastically wellmade, super quality for a good price.

neil at chronomaster is fantastic to deal with, highly recommend,

You don't need to treat the strap - it's a water resistant Di-Modell leather - it'll be fine. Just rinse it off if it gets grubby.

Right, my proper watch is back now and I don't need the Sinn any more - worth selling it, or shall I keep it for posterity?

I'll have it for £250whistle

Personally, if you sell it I think you'll regret it after a while. They are lovely watches and real keepers. Besides, what'll you do next time your daily beater needs attention?

Await your email accepting my offer though.............................

Don't sell. The Euro is so strong that it'll cost you more to replace it when you miss it, and you will miss it. My Sinn is a keeper.

My 'proper' watch is a Rolex SS Date. Dead simple, black dial, no numerals. Had it for nine years now since my dad died. I bought it then as the Heuer he bought me for my 21st had broken again and I wanted something to replace that, which was timeless.

I've worn it constantly, every day, every night - never off my wrist unless it has to be. I work in it, fix cars in it, ride bikes in it and it's been faultless. The bracelet had worn and the crystal was scratched, so I thought a service would be a good idea. Now it's back and looks like new again, but with some small wear marks in the bezel (so I can tell it's still my watch). I'll not take it off again for another ten years probably so the Sinn won't get worn. To be honest I didn't get along with a leather strap, because I wear the watch constantly, but love the look of the Sinn. I might save it and give it to one of my kids for their 21st, but I'd rather planned giving them a Rolex each as I've been so pleased with mine.

I know selling the Sinn might seem like a daft idea, but I've got my old broken Heuer, that I'll never wear again and not get rid of, so the Sinn might as well go to someone who'll get some joy from it.

Well, made my mind up - it's in the classifieds if anyone's interested. Let me know if you think it's a sensible price.

Watches are bit like cars you should always keep a couple to do up when you got time.
