Perfect example of why I love the Death Penalty, this guy needs to die, slowly and painfully.

I know I cant say for sure I would do this but if I encountered a situation like this I would like to think I would grab whatever I could find and smash this dudes head in until his hair was hanging off the skin from his skull and he was laying in a puddle of his own soupy brain matter.(major run on sentence wink )

No way he would get out the back door and slip away. No way, no how.

Truly horrible.

I suppose it begs the question though, whether or not the person who did this was in control of their actions? If it's an act of pure evil, then they definitely need to be exterminated as slowly and painfully as possible, but surely it's hard to judge if it's the result of a genuine mental illness?

Same here, i'd go equally as mental on him.

Can't comprehend how the families of these children are feeling. Thoughts are with them, horrifying story.

The attacker is quite obviously someone with schizophrenia or some diagnosed mental disorder.
Wouldn't be surprised if there were warning signs and he slipped thru the system

In which case surely there can be no reason to allow this person to live? If you attempt to treat him, you will end up having to pay for the rest of his life, if he stops the medication, he may kill again.

Sorry, but the death penalty is the most appropriate sentence in this case.

Flame me if you will.

I can't imagine what those poor parents are going through.

I look at my 3 year old always laughing and so trusting and just cannot understand how someone can be so deranged and feked up that they think it OK to mutilate and kill little toddlers.

I could not give a sh!t if the guy is mentally ill, all the more reason to exterminate him.
