Not many cerbs for sale
Discussion
Probably reflects two things;
1. Recently the Cerbs have been very cheap and therefore acquired by ex-FWD hatch driving peckerheads who have stuffed them (see forum items passim - "i just lost it coming off a roundabout - ho ho ho! aka I am a complete richardhead...)
2. Credit crunch, no one buying and prices silly cheap.
My perfect S6 with thousands spent probably would advertise at £13-14k, would get offers at £10-11k - bonkers!
Luckily I am off to OZ where the rarity value prices it at A$60K min.

A better car is easy to find, but a more spectacular one.......
They are breaking our beautifull TVR's to easily. That is also one of the reasons I think.
Everytime I see one advertised (cerbera or other TVR's) for 4-5K cat c or d, I would like to jump in my car to save one of those cars.

It all comes down to a question i asked a few months ago "Is the Cerb the greatest Tvr?" which un-doubtably it is,so IMO anyone who owns a sorted Cerb aint gonna sell unless they are in S**t Steet.
never selling mine. It will feature in my will.FarmyardPants said:

Edited to add: prepared to talk about sharing with Ian of course. In fact, might work out quite well given where his office is......

True that - s**t street will be the only reason I sell mine. For years I've had the old "what car next" sort of thing, looking/dreaming of what I'd like to own, even though I was happy with my own motor. I can honestly say I don't aspire to own anything else now - credit the Cerb for that. Gassing Station | Cerbera | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
