House insurance cover camera falling into water?!?

Afternoon guys, was out for a walk this morning with the camera, and just as I was about to pack the camera away, it fell into the water.

Would your usual home contents insurance cover any damage?!

When i renewed my insurance i took accidental cover which did cover me from dropping cameras away from my house. Not sure if thats standard though.

As long as you have accidental cover you're fine. Well I say that, mine havent sent me the cheque they said they would yet
