6000k Service @ STR8 SIX

Hi lads

It's that time again, need a 6k service and I was recently speaking with Jason from STR8 SIX about a possible engine upgrade then we got onto servicing etc, etc.

The man sounds completly honest and genuine and he gave me a detailed breakdown of their service spec etc. Sounds very, very impresive, but as I have problems with trusting most people, I was just simply intrested if anyone has had any recent dealings with the lads and what your feedback and comments are!

I would be really greatfull if any of you speed six lads WHO HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM could get back to me, thanking you all in advance.

Jason re-built the engine on my T350 for me and I thought the whole experience was very good, honest and professional.

Once he'd taken the engine out and stripped it down he called me so I could go and see what the problems were (there were many). He gave me a number of different options of the re-build spec etc and all the mods he was going to do.

Jason rebuilt the engine on my Tuscan 2S, would definitely recommend him. As said previously he has an open door policy so you can go down and inspect the engine when its stripped (if you've got a clue what you are looking for!!). In my experience he was also a lot cheaper than other TVR engine builders.

I beleive he rebuild (at 60k miles) the 125k mile Tamora that was in this months Sprint - aint got the issue handy, so feel free to correct me

Thanking you all lads for your comments, Car is now with Jason having it's 30,000 mile service and a big list of other niggles. Say no more.

P.S I will keep you all posted if I decide to go for the 4.3 engine rebuild.
