Hi chaps,

Just a quicky - I've had this prob quite a long time and it affects me around 80-90% of the time.

When I'm doing heavy aerobic exercise I get a horrible aching/stinging type sensation in my mouth - it affects my gums, tongue and roof of my mouth only. It subsides about 20-30 minutes after I've finished exercising but the pain is extremely uncomfortable. It can also leave me with a headache too.

I think I've also narrowed it down to only when I'm doing exercises outside - so it might have something to do with cold air?

I've spoken to quite a few people about it and no one I've spoken to gets this. I guess I should speak to my local GP about it but when I've gone for other check ups I've forgotten to bring the subject up!

Many thanks in advance.

I got this when I first started riding a motorbike. When I was going at a reasonable speed and concentrating, I was tensing my jaw up.

May not be the same problem but until someone pointed out that some people do this did I actually notice it.

Dave!
