As we're allowed to hate one country in another thread I thought I'd put it to the test.
I have very good reasons for that comment.

Last month the Prime Minister named Pakistan as a haven for terrorists planning attacks in Britain, revealing that around three quarters of the most advanced plots monitored by MI5 are have Pakistani links.
Officials say that the Security Service is aware of around 30 serious plots at any given moment, suggesting that at least 21 of them are tied to Pakistani groups.
Get your finger out Pakistan.

It isn't really Pakistan, as such. Like much of the globe, the lines on the map are not that relevant there; the tribal areas in the NW are barely Pakistani, much closer to the Afghan people they border onto. Islamic, but largely unable to read their own Holy Book, or indeed any book. Easy targets for the extremists.

Sadly, we are getting a lot of immigration from this area and, as Musharraf said himself, "These people would form a ghetto in Karachi"...

I don't hate Pakistan, Israel, Iraq, America or Iran. I do hate coffee Revels and Diet Coke though. And I'm not at all fond of that Llewelyn Bowen chap either. Perhaps if we got down to hating the important things in life like coffee Revels the world (and a fair number of P and P threads) would be a lot more fun than of late. I'll get my coat...

Now I love coffee but I have to agree on Llewelyn Bowen - stupid bloody name anyway. Revels I can take or leave but my preference is always Pepsi but NO diet drinks at all.
This was really just a testing the water thread as I thought it might be strangled at birth wink

Sadly, your post lost all credibilty at "the Prime Minister".

After Iran...

The US will probably roll into Tehran claiming Dinnerdad was watching skyTV on a dodgy satelite box.

Too bloody true but I had to credit the statement to someone to justify a joke thread wink
What I hadn't realised was that people would take it seriously. I was trying to illustrate the futility of blaming Israel - I think silly

If we are that concerned we should stop flights there, prohibit exports/imports and visitors from Pakistan, make visits there difficult, stop allowing money to be sent to/from there.

I thought not!

I wonder why we don't see hourly pictures of the destruction and murder.

Where are the appeals? where are the TV journo's doing their nuts? Why are there no marches or lovies highlighting this?

I think people would probably hate Thailand as well if they saw daily pictures of the 5 a day average mudered for not being muslim.
WTF???
Thailands government (when it had one) was actually slotting the trouble causing Muslims down south as it didnt want it to get out of hand. They did a fantastic job as no one knew about it.
They didnt want tourists being scared of the Muslim extreemists being a tourist threat, which worked, not the other way around.

Burgers from the Golden arches: the utter evil Missan Micra'ness of burgers. About as far from a burger as you can get. There is more chance of Rich1231 getting a Diploma from the school of advanced charm and diplomacy (sorry Rich, just using you as an example here to show the contrast) than getting anything resembling 'food' from said burger chain.
