Clutch issues!
Discussion
Having resolved my brake bleeding issues to a reasonable degree I have now turned my attention to the clutch, would you believe it, same problem, no clutch, however I think I have narrowed it down to the slave cylinder being at fault; with the cylinder still connected to the system and having bled the clutch hydraulics I can still push the slave activation rod into the body, me thinks the seals have gone!
Anyone suggest the best place for replacement 996 C2 slave units?

Make sure the bleed nipple is at the top. When the box goes in upside-down the standard position of the slave cylinder is incorrect for Ultima and it needs turning round 180 degrees in the gearbox housing to put the bleed nipple at the top to ensure all the fluid is below the bleed point before all the air can be expelled.
Good luck!
