nice piece on the car at drivers republic for those who haven't already seen it.

It's an amazing car. I'm torn between the practicality (and price) of the XFR and the looks and even better performance of the XKR. But either one could be the car that turns me into a jag owner.

agree, it's sweet. Hag have finally made a honey. Is XKR enough of a weight difference to be a markedly better drive? guess XKR is ali and stunning to look at.

hope they sound more vocal than current XJR. tried her last weekend and it's a sweet cruza but not a raga.

Love the new XFR, look forward to trying one at some point. XFR is an all rounder, when you can't live with a 2 seat coupe. For me its the XKR everytime, but when they bring out the XF Coupe, hmmm..... scratchchin

oh I don't know, crank up the bowers and wilkins, tint the windoz, bling up dem 22' rims and ting, ruff enough style innit?

yo Namor the weight difference is 1891kg for the XFR (current M5 is 1850something)

XKR is 1753kg.

Imagine if Jag released a hardcore 'RS' version of the XFR which came in at 1753kg. Journos would be going spare.
